No fixed annual mileage target. UPDATE May 6: Mamdani-Flynn announced ~10-mile Bergen-Dean Brooklyn bike-boulevard redesign (Cobble Hill to Ocean Hill) on National Bike to School Day — biggest single cycling-infrastructure commitment of the administration to date. Design proposal due later this year, first-phase install targeted 2027.
