NYC Launches Ferry Service Expansion Ahead of 2026 World Cup

Mayor Mamdani announced the most summer ferry service in NYC Ferry system history, with expanded routes, more frequent service, and five custom-wrapped vessels celebrating each borough. The enhanced service begins ahead of the 2026 FIFA World Cup and includes the return of Rockaway Rocket and Rockaway Reserve services.
